Pay My Bill Online
Use the Foot Envy online bill pay system to make a secure, one-time payment toward your account. You do not need to create an account or remember a password.
Before starting, have your mailed statement available. You will need the account number and payment amount shown on the statement.
How to Pay Your Foot Envy Bill
- Click the Pay My Bill button below.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Enter the account number found near the top-right area of your mailed statement.
- Type the amount shown under Amount Due on your statement.
- Enter your credit or debit card information.
- Review the details and select Pay Now.
You can also scan the QR code shown in the payment instructions when using your phone or tablet.
Important: The online payment screen may initially display an amount due of $0.00. You must manually enter the amount shown on your mailed statement.

Please call the Foot Envy office at 623-248-4734, select the billing option and leave a message. A member of the billing team will return your call and help you find your account number, balance or other billing information.
Online Bill Pay FAQs
Do I have to create an account to pay my bill?
No. You can make a one-time payment without creating an account. You will need the account number and amount due listed on the paper statement you received in the mail.
It shows $0.00 as the amount due. What should I do?
Type the amount due shown on your mailed statement into the payment amount field. The online payment system may not automatically display your current balance.
I cannot find my paper statement, or I did not receive one. What should I do?
Call the Foot Envy office and select the billing option. Leave a message with your name and phone number. A member of the billing team will call you back and provide the information needed to make your payment.
What is InstaMed?
InstaMed is the merchant service provider that processes Foot Envy credit and debit card payments. This includes online payments and payments made at the Foot Envy office.
What information will I need to make a payment?
You will need:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your Foot Envy account number
- The amount you want to pay
- A valid credit or debit card
Where can I find my account number?
Your account number appears near the top-right section of the paper statement you received in the mail. It is labeled Account Number.
